I gather context through audits, research, analytics, accessibility testing, and client conversations.
Prioritize
I separate symptoms from underlying issues, prioritize what will make the greatest difference, and define what a better experience needs to accomplish.
Make the thing
I map flows, explore concepts, and build prototypes that bring the strategy into focus.
Improve it
I use feedback, testing, and implementation constraints to strengthen the work.
